Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the website, digital portals, consulting, design, or engineering services provided by MineUs Infotech (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Client”, “User”, or “Partner”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

MineUs Infotech delivers bespoke digital solutions across diverse technological and creative domains, including but not limited to:

• Brand Strategy & Identity Design: Visual branding, typography, design systems, and brand positioning.
• Web & Software Engineering: Responsive web apps, scalable front-end and full-stack architectures, Next.js applications, and custom CMS solutions.
• Workflow & AI Automation: Process optimization, automated data pipelines, and conversational AI integrations.
• Growth Marketing & SEO: Search engine optimization, local search visibility (GBP), analytics tracking, and multichannel promotion.
• Product Strategy & Consulting: Discovery sprints, technical architecture reviews, and UI/UX design.

Each engagement is governed by a dedicated Statement of Work (SOW), Proposal, or Service Agreement that outlines project milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.

Client Ownership: Upon full and final settlement of all agreed fees and invoices, MineUs Infotech assigns and transfers to the Client all right, title, and interest in the custom deliverables created specifically for the project (such as finalized logos, bespoke software source code, copy, and visual design assets).

Pre-Existing Materials: MineUs Infotech retains all rights to its pre-existing code libraries, developer tools, reusable frameworks, plugins, and background algorithms used in delivering the services. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to utilize such components as integrated into their final deliverable.

Portfolio Rights: Unless otherwise expressly restricted in a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), MineUs Infotech reserves the right to showcase non-confidential visual previews of completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing collateral.

To ensure timely execution and the highest quality deliverables, the Client agrees to:

• Provide necessary content, assets, credentials, and feedback in a timely manner according to the project roadmap.
• Appoint a primary point of contact authorized to make binding approvals and technical decisions.
• Ensure that all materials, media, fonts, and data provided to MineUs Infotech are legally owned or licensed by the Client and do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Milestone Payments: Projects are invoiced according to the payment schedule defined in the applicable Statement of Work or agreement (e.g., initial advance deposit, milestone completions, and final handover).

Payment Window: Invoices are payable within the timeframe stipulated on the invoice (standard Net 15 days unless negotiated otherwise).

Late Payments: Unpaid balances beyond the due date may be subject to interest charges or temporary suspension of ongoing development until accounts are brought current.

Both parties agree to treat all business, technical, operational, and financial information disclosed during the course of the engagement as strictly confidential.

Neither party shall disclose such proprietary information to any third party without prior written consent, except to employees, contractors, and legal advisors bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

Quality Warranty: We warrant that all services will be executed in a professional, workmanlike manner adhering to modern software engineering, security, and design standards. We provide a post-launch bug fixing warranty window as specified in individual contracts.

Limitation: In no event shall MineUs Infotech, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our aggregate liability is strictly capped at the total amount paid by the Client to MineUs Infotech under the specific Statement of Work during the preceding 6-month period.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our business practices, technological enhancements, or statutory requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
